Marangu Route to Mandara Huts Kilimanjaro

The Journey starts at 7:00 am from Arusha to Kilimanjaro gate Marangu route and returning at 7:00 pm to Arusha.

Enjoy this day Trip exploring the beautiful luscious rain forest of Kilimanjaro The trek will take you through the village of Marangu, which is located on the lower slopes of the mountain.

The rain forest stays lush and green all year round, colobus and blue monkeys can be found here as well an immense variety of birds along with other variety of wildlife.

From Arusha to Marangu gate distance - 2 hours

Marangu gate (1,860m) to Mandara hut (2,715m) Hiking time 5 hours - 8.1 Km

Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Leave Arusha at 5:30 Am and drive to Ngorongoro. Descend the Crater for game drive to a full day's tour. It is at this time early at dawn that wildlife becomes very active and with some luck we might just see how they hunt their pray.

It's estimated that 35,000 species of wildlife live within the crater. It has the highest density of mammal's predators in all Africa and the only reserve area that combines human life and wildlife together. The park is host to a vast variety of predators including Africa's famous Big Five such as the lion, leopard, the buffalo, the rhino and the elephant.

The reserve hosts as well as cheetahs, Jackals, elands, warthogs wildebeest, hippos and the endangered black rhino….

Tarangire National Park

Depart Arusha after an early Breakfast and travel to an exciting journey into Tarangire National Park for you very first introduction of wildlife viewing. Lunch will be served at Tarangire Picnic site as you glance through the most amazing scenic plains and the river valley. Tarangire has the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem - a paradise for predators and the only place in Tanzania where dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared oryx and the peculiar long - necked gerenuk are regularly observed.

Tarangire offers incredible scenery, including the dramatic baobab trees that are so famous in this park. Herds of up to 300 elephants can be seen all at once by the dry river bed for underground streams, they are easily encountered during wet or dry seasons while migratory wildest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland crowd the shrinking Tarangire river.

The Park host year round 550 birds varieties, the most breeding species in one habitat anywhere in the world, a heaven for ardent bird lovers. We return late afternoon to Arusha.

Lake Duluti

The Journey starts at 9: am from Arusha Clock Tower to Lake Duluti and returning at 4:30pm.

Enjoy this day Trip exploring the beautiful luscious forest of Lake Duluti. We can also cross Lake Duluti in a canoe. The walk around the lakes covers 3.5 Km. We carry picnic lunches and stop along the way.

Lake Duluti hosts a vast variety of birds the monitor lizard, monkeys etc…

Arusha National Park

Depart Arusha at 9Am after breakfast and travel to an exciting day of wildlife viewing. The Park hosts an immense variety of wild life such as herds of buffalos, giraffes, zebras, antelope's warthog leopards and spotted hyenas blue monkey's colobus monkeys and other variety of wildlife. Arusha National Park is small with magnificent beauty of the hills landscapes and in midst of the forest stands Ngurdoto Crater.

A walking safari through the forest to the water falls is provided for you with a professional safari guide. After lunch you will visit the seven Momela lakes where you can find thousands of flamingos and other species of birds.

Arusha National Park is very good to acclimatize before summiting Kilimanjaro
